Win8.1系统启动BITS服务提示错误1075如何解决

　　3、点击文件—另存为，输入文件名“BITS.reg”，保存类型为“所有文件”，点击保存;

　  4、双击BITS.reg文件，或者右键选择“以管理员身份运行”，导入注册表;
